A Message from the President
Welcome to our web-site!
The Drug Free Communities grant has been sent off, now we can hope that all our hard work pays off! We won’t know if we are awarded the $125,000 grant until late August or September. This grant will allow us to hire staff, continue the drug free events and programs we have already in place and offer new programs that will help promote substance abuse awareness and education to our community.
I would like to thank the grant committee and all who helped in anyway with the grant.
We have an Experience Works lady, Phyllis Bowman, at the PADD office. Ms. Bowman works 18 hours a week and is paid through the Experience Works Program. We are fortunate to have this service available to us.
